The "CARE and SHARE" brochure is available upon request. It is designed as a national handout/mailer, and by changing the mailer panel, can be used for individuals in their local communities for child organ donor awareness campaigns.

The "CARE and SHARE" brochure can be used as a handout to assist nurses, doctors, and health care professionals in their efforts to improve local community awareness of child organ donation.
